WE WILL NOT DISCLOSE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT OUR CUSTOMERS OR FORMER CUSTOMERS TO ANY UNAFFILIATED THIRD PARTIES, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
Barber Insurance Agency is not an insurer. Your insurer, if any, will not be obligated to abide by our privacy policy. Your insurer is required by law to have a privacy policy of its own, and to provide you with a copy of that policy.

- Affiliates Third parties that we feel are necessary to affect, administer, or enforce your transaction with us, or in connection with servicing your insurance policy. These parties may include our group of affiliated insurance underwriting companies, claims representatives, independent contractors, insurance support organizations, courts and government agencies.
- Parties connected to Transaction. We may disclose all information we collect to insurers and other organizations except for the Restricted Code Information, as is reasonably necessary to obtain or service the insurance products you have requested (or may request in the future).

We restrict access to non- public personal information about you to those employees and other parties who we feel must use that information to provide products or services to you. Their right to further disclose and use this information is limited by our employee code of conduct, applicable law, and nondisclosure agreements where appropriate.
