Esperanza Garcia is Barber’s Multilingual Agent/CSR. She’s been with the office for 19 years, and enjoys working with the public and being a part of an office that celebrates women as business professionals. Her Spanish language skills allow the office to communicate and work with a wider spectrum of clientele, as well bringing Barber a sense of cultural diversity. Esperanza enjoys the peace and quiet of her lunch breaks, reading the Press Democrat and watching soap operas. She says that emailing clients has streamlined the agency’s communications, as has a new high-tech phone system.
